  • Cloud hyperscalersBuilding their own models and the infrastructure other labs run on.
  • Well-funded new labsRaising billions to compete with the frontier, and buying to catch up.
  • Agent training environmentsSimulating real workplaces so AI agents can practice real jobs.
  • Data vendorsSupplying training sets and expert review to everyone above.

The work stays. The people don't.

Labs want to see how decisions get made, not who made them. Names, contacts and client details are removed from every file before a lab sees it.

  • Every file anonymized, by us or by the lab.
  • You approve the exact file list before anything is shared.
  • Your company name stays private unless you choose otherwise.
  • Nothing moves until you sign.

Who qualifies?

Companies with at least 20 employees. Teams of 40 to 50 or more are a stronger fit, and companies with 80 to 100 or more employees can often close in under a week.

What kinds of files do labs want?

Operational data: CAD files and sketches, Google Docs, planning and strategy documents, finance documents, team messages and email, and customer or support conversations.

Is my data anonymized?

Yes. Every file is anonymized before a lab sees it, either by Assay or by the lab, depending on the deal.

Do I choose what gets shared?

Yes. After the lab's vetting, you send the list of files you're willing to license. Nothing outside that list is shared.

How much is a deal worth?

Our average deal size is between $250K and $1M. Larger companies with more history and more connected systems tend to land at the top of that range.

Typically within 24 to 48 hours of the lab receiving your file list.

When do I get paid?

After the contract is signed, payment typically arrives within 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the deal.
